How it works

Three quiet steps.

Palto is designed to fit around the search you're already doing — not add to it. Here's what using it actually looks like.

  1. 1

    Log an application

Add the company, role and how you applied. It takes about thirty seconds — fewer if you've done it before.

  2. 2

    Update the outcome

When something happens — or doesn't — mark it. A short note is plenty. There's no pressure to write more.

  3. 3

    See the picture

Your patterns appear over time, alongside anonymised insight into how companies actually behave.

What the first week looks like

Most people start by adding the applications they already have in flight — usually a handful from the last fortnight. From there it's a matter of marking outcomes as they arrive (or don't), so you slowly build a record you can actually look back on.

After a couple of weeks the picture starts to form: which routes are working, where the silences are, and how long companies really take to get back to you.

Be one of the first to try it.

We're opening Palto to a small group first. Leave your email and we'll be in touch when your invite is ready.
